Atelier Février was founded in 2015 by Isha Mukhia Pretet and Florian Pretet. French designer Florian Pretet is at the head of the creation of Atelier Février. Each of his creations is first meticulously drawn by hand, in elaborate pencil sketches. Faithfully reproduced, these sketches come to life through patterns, sometimes hypnotizing and richly detailed, sometimes refined and dreamy, always showcasing the beauty in the imperfection of a hand drawn line. His initial color palette is unique, deep and gives life to three-dimensional landscapes, exacerbated by playful cutouts.
In the end, we do not choose a watch merely to know the hour. We choose it to remind ourselves that in a world of noise, there is elegance in silence; in a world of change, there is comfort in continuity; and in a universe of impersonal technology, there is still a place for a masterpiece that fits on the wrist and a symphony that beats in the heart.
